Specialist with over 35 years of professional playing and coaching experience in the UK and North America.
I currently work as Head of Academy Goalkeeping at Newcastle United FC and Goalkeeping Coach for the Northern Ireland Men’s National Team.

​Currently tutoring UEFA GK coach education for National Associations, I also deliver CPD for organisations using my experience's across professional and international football.​
​
My coaching journey has taken me to a wide range of countries, supporting clubs, academies, and national teams in building clear and effective goalkeeper development pathways.
Specialising in designing modern, integrated goalkeeping programmes that align with existing game models, combining video analysis, performance data, and sports science to prepare goalkeepers to perform consistently at the highest level.

Always open to connecting with coaches, clubs, and organisations looking to align methodology, support staff development, development of age-specific programmes whilst promoting collaborative coaching environments including mentoring, recruitment strategies and departmental structure organisation.​​
